Stepping Stone Program CEUs

These courses from the Stepping Stones program are offered for free access through the CATIE Center at St. Catherine University.  Because the CATIE Center's grant is focused on novice interpreters working towards certification, the CATIE Center does not have the capacity to offer CEUs to certified interpreters. MRID has partnered with the CATIE Center to offer CEUs and so you can pay for having CEUs processed through MRID.  The proceeds from these fees received in FY 2025 will be used to support the General Scholarship Fund for MRID.  So, you can gain some new insight for your professional journey, earn some affordable CEUs, and support our next generation of interpreters. 

Confirmation of completion of the courses is handled by the CATIE Center.  They will pass the information on to the MRID PDC. This means you can pay for the CEUs after you have committed to completing the requirements. There will be a form included at the end of the Stepping Stones course that you will fill out to initiate the CEU application and payment process.  If you have reached this page without those steps, please contact pdc@mrid.org for assistance.
