- We, the MRID & MADC, recognize and value that everyone comes from different places, backgrounds, and experiences. We seek to create an environment where people treat each other respectfully and where we can hold each other accountable. We recognize that we are all entrenched in systems of oppression and all have work to do. Therefore, we promote and support spaces where honest and respectful language is used. Everyone will be held accountable for their participation within any type of oppression during our events.
